Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape level under your arms and across your back.
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
Measure from the crotch to the ankle bone, or to the length at which you prefer your bottoms to sit.
Measure from the center of the back of your neck to the end of your shoulder, then down to your wrist.
Please note that the provided measurements are general guidelines. For specific products, slight variations may occur. If in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
